Refunds and cancellations

Before we send the book, you can cancel and we refund the full amount.

A PDF cannot be returned once it is sent, so we do not refund a change of mind after delivery.

If the file does not open, is the wrong edition, or you paid twice, message us within 7 days. We will send the right file, or refund the full amount to the account you paid from, usually within 5–7 working days.
